Boat crash in Asia....

Just got a mail from my sister who is travelling round the world with her fella. At the moment they're in Vietnam and she described a boat crash of a few days ago....apparently the cruise boat they were on started to list and sink, leaving them scrambling up the side rails until finally they were forced to swim to safety.

I just had a hilarious 'Titanic' image in my head of the young couple clinging to a side rail as the ship went down; and OK the water wasn't freezing and they weren't forced to float on a wooden board but all the same....it made me smile.

What is it about travelling in Asia....it's almost compulsory to be involved in some sort of transportation accident! Any theories welcome...

I am also very jealous cos they are away travelling and I'm not.
