Some lovely things happened this weekend...

firstly...on Sat afternoon we played some lovely hockey against Hermes (but only managed a 2-2 draw instead of what would have been a well-deserved victory). Disappointed with a draw but delighted with stylish hockey display :)

...met for few pints in the Well :) (and found another running buddy doing the Tunnel run) before shocking post-match pains (see, I am waaay too old for this crap) in lower back/hip sent me homewards :(

....on Sunday met my wee sister Ruth, home from Liverpool, and we went for dinner in the Mermaid Cafe (no turkey shelly but some gorgeous venison!) with Conor & Michelle.

...also on Sunday Claire phoned to say hello in between racing about Dublin trying to catch up with everyone on her 'flying' visit from Oz. It was lovely to hear from her :)

Today...I took the day off and Ruth and I went to see 'Little Miss Sunshine' which I heartily recommend.

and now I am getting ready for an early morning flight to London for work...
