Christmas greetings

to the 3 (I'm being wildly optimistic here!) people who may read this blog occasionally! I have been off work since the 21st and it seems like an eternity ago at this stage. Christmas was very lovely down our way this year - amongst all the usual activities we managed to Skype Pam & Pierce in Australia (when all the regular phonelines were jammed) and catch up on all the travel news....it's quite cold in Sydney at the moment apparently and it's been raining quite a lot...just like when I was there in 1994!

Of course we gorged ourselves on turkey with all the trimmings and managed to make the turkey last for about 3 days. I also had a good old go at trying to eat my own bodyweight in Belgian chocolates - hurrah for Christmas!!
