It's good for you...

...I received a 'birthday card' in the post yesterday.....from Guinness!! It's marketing gone mad. It was also quite discomforting as it seemed to highlight how sad my life has become recently...so I decided laughter was the best form of therapy and sat down to watch the first series of 'Extras' on DVD....it's bloody funny and has lots of laugh-out-loud moments, especially the Kate Winslet and Patrick Stewart episodes..
