In light of my blog title I came across this web page and thought I'd share this rather 'useful' information....

....there are different categories of advice but worryingly for me I seem to mostly keep receiving the 'self defense' advice like 'How to survive an abduction attempt', 'how to win a fist fight' , in fact it was quite a relief to receive the bunny training advice this morning!
