The useless information I know...

...helped our team 'And in Last Place' win our hockey club table quiz last night. Our very impressive team all weighed in with vital answers in each round and had us overall winners by 3 points after 8 rounds.

Questions were taxing enough but nothing too outrageous.....the tricker ones were:

Every mobile phone has a SIM card. What does SIM stand for? - given the answer and I forgot it immediately
What TV series is set in Global Link News?
What is the name of Homer Simpson's pet lobster?

The latter question gave us a great laugh :)
