Irish Junior Cup Final 2007
Well, we did it! For the first time since 1920 (according to the Cup anyway!) Old Alex have won the Irish Junior Cup. I feel proud to know that our team can now join the likes of, and I'm not kidding here, the Ballinasloe Lunatic Asylum Ladies Team, Pembroke, Hermes and Pegasus (only 3 of these clubs are still going strong today!). Bray were very tough opponents and despite the off-the-ball "stickwork" experienced by Kerry, it was a fairly OK game.
