My exciting week....

...where, amongst the usual humdrum of my life, I got shot at with flaming arrows, attacked by huge lizards, eaten alive by a giant carnivorous plant, dipped in lava and hung upside down in a magnetic field.....Eh?

OK, so what's the deal? Well I succumbed to a guilty desire and purchased a Nintendo Wii system and a Zelda Twilight Princess game. I'm not much of a gamer but the Wii is a bit of a novelty in the way that when you are actually trying to fight, jump etc. you have to move your controls to do anything, so it's imperative that you clear a space before starting to play as if my swordplay is anything to go by you'll be needing a fair bit of room :)

And of course it's become addictive...so an hour or two flies past before I realise that I'm never going to work out how to get the giant lava rock to melt the frozen lake and I need to give it a rest!
